This pair of shoes has been worn by someone and there are scratches on the upper. It should be sent to me after someone else returned it. Very disappointing shopping experience. Next time I won't buy anymore.

- They are small, my daughter says they are uncomfortable. Very hard soles. Nice shoes personally.
