My 3 year old has cute but odd shaped little feet. They're wide and tall, if that makes sense. Anyway, I bought her dozens of different brands of shoes, tried different sizes and prices, and most didn't fit her, if at all. And this is where I happen to find $20 shoes, and they fit perfectly. The shoes are lightweight but similar to athletic shoes, and the shoes themselves are made from a stretchy material. That way he could accommodate her odd little legs both in width and in height. Plus, they lasted quite a while considering she wore them every day for several months. And my girlfriend plays GOOD. She wore out a pair of Nikes in less than a month, so a pair of ugly $20 shoes that last at least a few months is perfect for us.
