Fits well but not bulky. This is for tall thin women. (Maybe they'll be baggy. But my daughter is small and plump below the waist, they fit her perfectly (if it were regular pants) but they're gathered at the ankles. Baggy means they're 'loose' pants, They are low waist. They are not attached to my daughter at all. She needs to go up a size so they could be baggy and everyone else would be too. But if you are a size up and the length is already too long, you will be big, get bulky pants not baggy but the material is great they are great for cold days.
