Many uses - a must have in your kit!
It's great. Good quality construction. Flexible usage. I mainly use them to attach modifiers (reflectors/diffusers) but I've also used them to attach umbrellas to flat LED lights (remove the clip and add a bolt). LED panel lights aren't always the softest. / Flattering for the many small bulbs, but works better (and cheaper) with a cheap umbrella than most "softbox" style attachments you can find. I like it!
