Little smaller than expected, but did read dimensions. Pretty, but lower edge of fan "cloth’ looks frayed…will do for my use. Top border edge of fan looks feels like paper(?). Not sure wheather cloth or what. Need for outdoor wedding. I use fans often at church , funerals etc. Care must be used when using fan. Silk? Not sure about that - cloth, very stiff but may have something added to cloth for this application, as it does need to be stiff. Pretty, I like them . Will keep. Matching colors with my dress for grandsons wedding .Just be careful when storing and with use. I would use care to not get them wet also.
