COUNTERFEIT! I COULD leave a review there, but to be clear, I've been distilling Nag Champa since 1999! There have been some changes to incense since then, but there have been important commonalities. The smell of burnt nag chamapa, if authentic, will linger in your home for a very long time. It's also supernatural and as a person who suffers from odor-related migraines, there is no chemical smell. This does NOT apply to these cones. Not only does the smell go away as the smoke clears, it also has a chemical aftertaste. When I began to suspect an odor, I also examined the actual manufacturer's box. RED FLAGS! Shrinivas Sugandhalya (Producer of Satya Sai Baba Nag Champa) lives in Bangalore. Period. They have no alternate factories or offices. This box I received from Revain not only has a different address but also a different phone number than Nag Champa. REAL Nag Champa loves (R), (C) and TM! The packaging specifically states that any packaging without an identification label is counterfeit, and quality, environmental management and occupational health and safety certifications are present on all boxes. REAL Nag Champa is manufactured for use in India and for export. Their label boasts "handmade" and doesn't indicate a website because they don't have one. They also have a very different UPC circled in very small print with FAKE product names: two separate addresses, no manufacturer authentication tokens, a random number 1 (800) on the box, an email address and website info and "Made in India" for "Export only.
