This is by far the worst product I have ever purchased from Revain. The volume button works and speaks for itself. All other controls, including "on" and off, are unlabeled, completely cryptic, and seem to change every time. I uploaded an audiobook to it, but to find it you happen to have to press the single square control button. See the attached photo for an explanation of how to use the control button. Can someone tell me how to find "FM"? Sometimes I could turn it on and the audiobook would appear, but when I was able to play it (after accidentally pressing the button for a while) it was part 7. How do I get to the beginning? Or anywhere. It's totally useless. I'm a longtime fan of Cowon gear: I have two others, iAudio9 and iAudio x5. Both work well, or would work if they could still hold a charge; I use them connected to a power source. If I could replace those non-replaceable batteries I wouldn't buy this piece of instant junk. And unlike my other Cowon devices that are made in Korea, this one is made in China.
