ZOSI DVR Security System and Cameras. First let me say that the customer service is excellent. I always received friendly and helpful answers to all my questions. I had trouble setting up my password and had to contact the support team. Anran provided a level of customer service that is hard to match these days! (A word of caution: they appear to be operating in a non-US time zone, so don't expect an immediate response. I email in the evening and get a response the next morning.) The system itself is pretty good. . I was unhappy with the long wait to start, but it was due to a password setting issue. I've had other systems and this one seems just as good as the others but a lot cheaper. There aren't many instructions, but I probably wouldn't read them anyway. I would check how to get the DVR to work on its own. My previous systems did this automatically, but this one only stops when the disk is full by default. I learned this the hard way when someone demolished my truck on a Sunday and I found the hard drive was full and stopped on Friday... Very disappointed (but not the fault of the system). The app was pretty easy to set up. You scan a QR code on your device or screen after setting up an account, and then you can view your cameras from anywhere! Much easier to set up than my standalone IP camera! The picture quality is pretty good. Much better than I expected for the price! All in all a really good system for the money. He acts up and takes weird pictures and things like that (see photo). Again, you really can't expect it to work like a thousand dollar system. IF you want this, then you have to buy this! Another tip: if you're going to install it somewhere, be sure to buy a good quality hard drive (and I recommend 1TB). I used an older 500GB drive I had from another system and it seems to be louder than I would like for my home. It used to be normal for business, but now it annoys me. I'm not sure how preinstalled sounds, but it might be a better choice especially if you have never installed it.
