Short-lived: hair care

This straightener was purchased in May 2019 and broke in December. Unfortunately there is no way to return the money at the moment. I've had irons that have lasted a few years but never a few months. Very disappointed. Also, the location of the on/off and temperature controls is in a very awkward position.
