My training partner highly recommended this vacuum flask. I needed a vacuum flask that keeps cold and is easy to open. Okay, I have an easy-to-open bottle, but this bottle didn't keep my ice cream at the gym for more than an hour. I still love the mug, but my Ozark Trails mug works better and is only $11. Easy to clean - yes. Yes, just get used to adding ice, because it's really not a vacuum flask. Worth the price - there are no better bottles. The cap creates a vacuum and when you open it, liquid splashes on you.
