Review on πŸ”’ Winitas Adjustable Satin Lined Mulberry Dreadlocks Care by Rose Washington

This cap is a keeper!

Now I have these two very comfortable caps. Lining - mulberry silk. For me, mulberry silk works MUCH better than satin. There is no competition. My hair is more hydrated, less frizzy, voluminous and manageable. Also, my skin (including face and scalp) loves mulberry silk a lot more. Satin can also help prevent breakage, but lacks moisture and skin benefits. I sleep on a silk pillowcase but this hat keeps my waves/curls from coming out. Once you adjust this little beauty with the elastic band integrated into the bottom hem of the cap on the back, it's perfect. I sleep on my back and side and it stays up all night with no discomfort. Wash and air dry. Do not use stain-fighting detergents as they can damage the silk. Can be hand washed with baby shampoo. Hang to dry. My second cap is meant to be used when the first cap dries. For me (shoulder length wavy/curly hair) I can easily use the clips (metal hair clips or plastic clips) on the hair in the cap. I even wear it outside the house on very cold or rainy days. I love this dual role. Looks like a normal slouch hat. Another feature I like is that I can pull it over my eyes to block out the light in a pinch. It's like a built-in eye mask. This is great when you're on the go. Less packaging. I LOVE items that have dual/triple functions. If you want to shorten your morning routine by waking up with your best hair, a comfortable cap to wear in public while blocking the light, then this is your cap.
