Review on 👟 ASICS Gel-Quantum 180 4 Women's Running Shoe: Optimal Performance and Comfort for Female Runners by Johnathan Delgado

I run about 15 miles a week so I use Asics a lot. It was such a great deal I had to buy them when I need my next pair. I fell for the Quantum 180 3 so I was skeptical about them. Today I tried them and ran about 4 miles in them. They slipped a bit when running which was annoying but I can just wear thicker socks. The base is a lot stiffer than the Quantum 3, which is great on tarmac, but today I was on a dirt road. I had no issues fitting these shoes properly or pinching as stated by some other reviews. I have a narrow foot so the Asics shoes fit perfectly. My best advice is that running shoes will hurt your feet if you use them for anything other than running. You are made to run.
