Review on CaseTrac by Brett Slater

The ease of use for all employees in terms or creating cases as well with tracking them down when needed was great! It's not very user friendly if you have never used it before but once your familiarized its easy peasy!! Nothing really at this time I would say dislike anything about our experience so far however we are still new users which makes me wonder what will come up next that may be difficult? We had nothing bad happen during my tenure here only positive experiences from coworkers who were using their benefits such us vacation days etc.,.
