Some peripherals on the hub have stopped working.

Looks good and transmits video when installed in only one orientation, but this has caused my camera and mouse to stop working (Mac connection &gt; this cable &gt; Hub &gt; Peripherals). If I reconnect without the cable in between, everything works again.
