The water level sensor was the culprit. Additionally, because the sensor is electrical, the entire system ceased to function. The issue with the water sensor breaking has been resolved. If your sensor does not detect water, simply purchase the CD4066BM96 four-way CMOS switch in Chip Dip for $100 and take it to a repair shop with straight arms and a soldering iron. You'll make all the changes for 500.
