The shoes fully corresponded to the description. The fit was perfect. Very comfortable on the foot, especially because of the lambskin lining (I can't wear it unlined or rough on my skin). The blue color goes well with shorts and pants. First time with Sperry and will continue as they stand up to normal wear and tear. Update (July 8, 2002) - Still very useful. For those interested, I can compare them to the Maine-made Gold Cup line tip and note the differences. The GC A/O is softer and more comfortable from day one with a shearling lining, thinner full-grain leather and an Ortholite footbed. The outsole is more flexible due to the rubber material. The GC CiM have thicker Horween leather that is perforated with small holes on the inside to provide a smooth surface for your bare skin, a different orthopedic insole and a Vibram sole. They are firmer but should soften with use as they conform to your feet.
