I have PF and high arches. While I wouldn't be blown away by the arch support in these, it seems to have more support in this style than others I've tried. The shoes seem to hold my foot tight and gently wrap around the heel. Although they're narrower in the middle than I prefer, I think this will help maintain the support, so I've decided to keep them. The insole is also removable so you can insert your own insole if needed. I have inserts to replace them with if I change my mind about how they work. I also like that I don't have to untie them to put them on or take them off. While I'm not thrilled with the hard plastic on the outside (you can feel it in the shoe), they seem good overall. They fit just right, not too loose or too long. I usually wear a size 10 and some boots are 10.5 but these 10's fit no problem. If you normally wear a size 10 and will NEVER need to go bigger because you're closer to a 9.5, you might want to consider downsizing to a 9.5. I'm medium and they fit right in the arch area - all other areas are fine. Good toe box but not a tight toe box either. The heel area isn't too big as my heels don't slide in it at all. The insole cushions are not too generous. If you want to walk on clouds or hard ground, look elsewhere. This pair is between those two. I recommend.
