Great for exfoliating the skin.

Let me just say I love love love this net. This is my first time using this product, I heard about it from a YouTuber. It was big enough that I could cut off and salvage another piece. I showered and took advantage, and my husband told me my skin was glowing before I could tell him I'd switched from washcloths to mesh. I use it all over my body and it makes my skin so smooth. I will never go back to clothes.
