PIP function was required but the device was DOA
Bought this device because of the PIP function. Everything plugged in, nothing, just tried a PC, nothing, bought all new cables, nothing. The device looks like DOA, so send it back and get a base device. I really wanted this to work because I have to work from home due to the pandemic and would like a PIP function.
