Using this pillow, our team found that it offered great support for our neck and shoulders allowing for a better night`s sleep. We also appreciated the unique U-shaped design which prevented us from rolling onto our backs. However, the pillow may not be suitable for those who prefer a flatter design .Overall, if you're looking for a pillow that offers both comfort and support, this one is definitely worth considering..
