Yes it is small. But I had to replace a bag of the same size that finally died after more than 5 years of use. I use it to transport my essentials between my locker and the workplace at work. I can outfit my headphones with a charging case, clamshell hand lotion, battery backup, charging cables and a plug, and have room for lip balm and the occasional gum. The top of the zipper is a bit narrower than the base so it's like Tetris if my stuff fits. But I hate big bags so it's worth it to me.
