I was very skeptical when ordering, but I wanted to check my weight. These shakes seem LEGAL. I drink one for breakfast and one for lunch and eat at home until 7. I bought a birthday cake and it tastes just like a birthday cake. It doesn't smell bad when you open the container, but it doesn't necessarily have that sweet birthday cake flavor, but it TASTES GREAT (I have a HUGE sweet tooth, so trust my taste judgement, lol). I tend to overeat and these smoothies have honestly curbed my appetite. Don't eat junk food at work during the day. I'm a paralegal and office work tends to require more snacks. I haven't started working out in the gym or anything yet, but these shakes are really helping. It's not a huge container, but it's a decent size. I'm on my third day and still have a TON of shake product left.
