Review on OmniDocs Enterprise Content Management Suite by Jonathan Suarez

Omnidocs has been able to assist us in our day to -day workflow by giving each member their own workspace which allows them easy accessibility without having any issues at all! We have an internal portal built into omnidisks allowing everyone within my department as well as other departments such are HR/Payroll etc..

Our biggest issue was time spent searching through folders looking after projects we had done previously but not completed yet so now I can quickly find it again from anywhere thanks goodness!! No problems whatsover using this software since its implementation about 5 months ago. I like how they have an option where you can create custom forms which allows me to save time when it comes to filling out paperwork! Sometimes there are errors in the system so we need someone who knows what's going wrong but other than those issues everything has been good. We're solving problems such as reducing paper waste by automating our document retention process.
