Recommend for plantar fasciitis

These are life-savers. They're more comfortable than the doctor recommended shoe inserts, and I can feel the difference in my feet at the end of the day. They're not super spongy, but they absorb enough shock for an 8-hour day. And they fit all my cute shoes without falling out. Even if you don't have plantar fasciitis, they're worth it. Only worn with flats, so not sure how they would work with heels. I'm thinking they would do fine with low heels, closed toe, closed heel.
