The setup I received had a mechanical problem with the buttons. I reported this to Radioddity and Vevina was very helpful. After exchanging details about the problem in several emails, she agreed to send me a replacement which is now on its way to me. I would rate their customer service very highly. Also, it was nice to be able to communicate with the same person every time and not rush from one agent to another like some companies do. This leads to a lot of wasted time having to re-explain the situation every time you text or speak to another representative. Not so with Radioddity. You are communicating with a person who takes a personal interest in your problem. I would equate their customer service with Elecraft's customer service - and that's really kudos! Oh yes, the X-5105 is a great portable setup. Just the other day I used it to activate POTA and got good signal and sound reports.
