I installed them on my Yamaha Stryker and am definitely glad I did. Vibration in the standard footpegs was a major source of discomfort on long days of 6-8 hours of riding or more, but with them I didn't notice any discomfort in the legs due to vibration. The reason I gave it a 4 is because after installing it with the adapter that came with it, there is a small gap that I couldn't fix, despite trying to use some washers. I also tried using the 8814 adapter but that didn't improve the situation either. The gap causes these boards to move a bit, but that's not too bad and definitely a big improvement over the stock footboard.
