I thought something was wrong as the scratch and odor sticker did not smell and that it was an old design. They are very old and dry! They don't smell as strong as those you can buy in the store. But I left it in the car with the windows open for a few hours to double check. Again odorless. My 4 month old smells stronger than these 'new' ones. In the picture on the left - bought in a store, on the right - Revain. They also do not come with a "vent cap" as shown in the picture.
