I can make these pretty tight and still it feels like there is room in the shoes, both of them. But not enough for discomfort. Actually, they are quite comfortable. They feel light and cool while having superb grip on hills and trails. They are made well, seams and stitching is fine. They are very nice looking and basic looking to me. The suede is subtle. Again, I tie these shoes pretty tight and still feel like they can have thicker socks, but my feet are fine, not floating, and walking in them for hours the first day my feet feel good.
