Review on Estee Lauder Gentle Eye Makeup Remover - 3.4 oz / 100 ml by Lisa Hill

I always use Estee Lauder eye makeup remover. It works very well and doesn't irritate my skin. Whenever I purchase this product and remove the cap from the bottle there is always a seal to cover the opening. However when I received the bottle from Revain it was wrapped in cling film and the bottle was unsealed. So I arranged the return and ordered another bottle which arrived just like the first. Why weren't there any seals? Someone took the item out and maybe replaced it with something of poor quality? How do I know if a product is actually made by Estee Lauder? Especially these days I don't want to buy anything that might be fake.
