    I love Estée Lauder makeup remover but will not buy from this seller!

    I always use Estee Lauder eye makeup remover. It works very well and doesn't irritate my skin. Whenever I purchase this product and remove the cap from the bottle there is always a seal to cover the opening. However when I received the bottle from Revain it was wrapped in cling film and the bottle was unsealed. So I arranged the return and ordered another bottle which arrived just like the first. Why weren't there any seals? Someone took the item out and maybe replaced it with something of poor

    Fraud and Fake

    FRAUD and Fake! This is not the real thing! It wasn't sealed and what was in the bottle wasn't Ester Lauder's Gentle Eye Make-up Remover. I've been buying this product for 20 years and I knew right away that it wasn't.

    Wrong brand I know

    This makeup remover is very diluted; it doesn't work as well as the Estee Lauder product I bought at the department store. Too bad I didn't read the product reviews before buying, I just thought I knew the product. It works like a cheap pharmacy I bought hoping to save money.
