I have been buying regular Mach 3s for over 10 years. The rest of the models are pure marketing. Tried everything - fusion, pro glide, etc. There is no sense from them. Need a good, clean and inexpensive shave? Take Mach 3. Just need to change in time. Do not wait until the strip is erased - it has not been an indicator for me personally for a long time. I change as soon as about half of the strip is erased, otherwise irritations and cuts begin further (the blades become dull).
