Review on Racor PLM 1R Multi Rack by Curtis Donjuan

Generally disappointed. While the quality and strength are decent, these shelves have a "handmade" feel, in other words the mounting brackets are offset to allow them to be screwed to the wall. Both brackets are right-handed, which means that when you mount them on a 16" or 24" rack, both arms are offset to the right and won't snag much on standard 4' or 8' lumber. It would be much better if you had a left hand and a right hand so you could specify an inward offset. Some of the reviews I've read have indicated that others have tried moving the mounts only to find that the levers then point down on a mount. This is because the mounts are designed to mount the arms tilted upwards, but *only* if you agree that both mounts are right-handed. I bought 2 of these sets. The 2nd set had no hardware in the box at all. I called support over the weekend, waited forever, never got through to anyone, left a message, and never received the missing hardware or a call back. Bad customer service.
