Second time mom, and this time she wanted a 'fancy' stroller car seat system. This system looks very nice. I love the carrycot function in the stroller. Switches easily between carrycot and car seat. Attaching the car seat to the stroller requires some practice as it is difficult as you cannot see both sides to snap it into place. The biggest problem with this system is the car seat. You can't tighten the straps evenly on both sides, so one side is too tight and the other is loose. You have to go down to keep them straight and with a child in a car seat it's not ideal. It is also difficult to raise and lower the handle. Update: The straps don't tighten evenly. I contacted Maxi Cosi and they suggested that I should make sure the straps are installed correctly. I assumed they were properly stowed since they were already on the car seat. After rethreading the thread and making sure both straps were in the correct position, the straps tightened easily and evenly. Find out!
