Review on MSI Optix MAG322CQR 2560X1440 LCD: High Dynamic Range, Adaptive Sync, 165Hz – Non Glare, Curved Display by Nuwsti Smith

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Pretty cool in my opinion

Today I'm on my second monitor, the first had a dead sub pixel and then Revain put it up for sale. I called them to find out the difference in price and they said it would be better to just return the first one as it has a defective sub-pixel and buy it again at a reduced price. So far this 1 shows no sign of dead pixels. It's a VA panel so you get ghosting and it can be a little annoying on some things but aside from the ghosting this panel is fast and has good response times. It's packed with menu options. I don't think anyone will need it, but it will be fun to create a 2K 165Hz system

Pros
  • All around a great monitor. The perfect balance between resolution and refresh rate.
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options
