These towels feel like fluffy blankets! If you like heavy, thick towels then this is for you! What, as they say. they are thick, so they need more time to dry. Also, if you have some kind of arthritis or weakness in your hands, the washcloths are just as thick and a bit larger, so it takes some effort to wring them out when they get soaked. Washcloths are also very soft, not for scrubbing the skin. If you wrap your hair in a towel after you shower, choose a different weight to pair with this one. It's too thick and heavy for a headband. (I will buy a few for this purpose) I think they are good quality, I have washed them a few times and the edge has not become rippled like some others I have had and they have not shrunk or faded. So again, if you like extra thick, heavy, fluffy towels, you should buy these towels! My family loves them! I love the colors I chose to mix and match the dusty green and aqua!
