Bought these for my 8 year old son. He likes to be active so I try to get him comfortable pants but I also want him to look good. It looks like they would be really good pants if they weren't so small. My son wears a size 10 in almost every brand I buy. So I have a size 10 in these pants. These pants are so tight we couldn't even zip them up. And they sat a good 3 inches from his ankles too. I was more than surprised at how small they were compared to normal boy sizes. My son is taller than usual for his age but thin. In any case, I would think they would at least fit at the waist. I liked the feel of the material they were made of and they looked very smooth. They just didn't fit and that's a shame. So be careful. If you buy them I will go up at least a size or two to make sure they fit.
