Support from this team has been prompt & always thorough - I've never felt left out or neglected during my years working with them as they handle every aspect (fixing issues via chat-sms etc) well so you don't have to call back repeatedly! The fact that we were able to get our website up so quickly after I had been waiting for months with other companies was very impressive! There are some things about their service which could be improved but nothing majorly negative as far what i've seen thusfar (and this has only just begun). They have made my life easier by getting us online faster than any previous providers!!
