I love this column. The sound is excellent (pleasant bass)! Easy to handle and move. Definitely worth the price. good value I had a charging issue; I used a regular iPhone charger to charge it and left it charging overnight. The next morning the speaker wouldn't turn on... I tried charging it but nothing. I got support and they were great. They walked me through a few troubleshooting steps, I sent them a video of me trying to start the speaker while it was plugged in. They found the speaker was defective and sent me a new one about 5 days later. The new one works great, sounds great and I still use my iPhone charger to charge it, but they recommended using a 5V2A charger instead… I ordered this charger (the iPhone charger is a 5V1A charger. Like me already said… I love this speaker and his support group!
