You have been a fantastic company. The helmet is excellent, not too heavy, protects well from the wind. Bluetooth works perfectly. It has a very secure latch. Not thin at all. The chin strap is comfortable and easily adjustable. The sun visor works incredibly well on it. It's not too dark here, so I can use it almost until sunset. The tinted visor also falls lower than most so it really helps keep the wind out of your eyes. The flip down clear visor also works great and snaps securely into place. The vents work a little better than some helmets, you can actually tell if they are open or closed. I bought three helmets at once. Mainly because it's hard to figure out what size fits best and what style suits me best. It was absolutely the best style but I ordered the wrong size. The size is determined by the foam and shock absorption inserts in the helmet. This company sent me a new large insert for free and mailed it to me very quickly.
