I don't know how but this dress was both too big and too small. The fabric is heavy and felty and the neckline is very high. The top of the dress is very tight around the chest and back of the shoulders, and the bottom is very loose, almost like a parachute. It's not comfortable at all and definitely not as cute as it looks in the pictures.
