Beautifully assembled and finished stand at a great price. I was considering making my own until I saw this and was glad the positive reviews were accurate. After reading the reviews about the mount and seeing what they sent, I decided to wall mount it permanently. If you measure from the area to the left of the left pillar to the area to the right of the right pillar you will find that it is 16 inches. I first found two pins sixteen inches apart and then removed the two triangular mounting tabs on the cue's horizontal bracket. I then drilled a hole on either side of the horizontal cue mount between the cue mount clip and the right and left vertical mounts, 16" on center. I used 2.2" drywall screws and a level to attach it to the post. The drywall screws are black and go really well with the mahogany finish as they are hidden by the cue and post. It's tight enough that I didn't need the little L brackets at the base.Very happy and have already received compliments on its looks!
