Very hard / no customer service
2 stars because this wallet looks good but is so hard it is difficult to use. I decided to leave him thinking he might weaken but he didn't. You really can't use the 2 outside pockets on the side. The large strap was also broken. I emailed asking if I could just replace the belt but the company never responded. Wouldn't recommend it.
