I do not recommend this chair. I bought this chair for my wife to use in the home office. Looks good but is only adjustable up and down. There is no tilt characteristic of office chairs. There's no adjustable lumbar support, so don't expect it to function as an ergonomic chair. The details include a 12-month warranty on spare parts, simply contact customer service. But there is no customer service number listed and even Revane said you cannot contact them as they are located in China. After 4 months of use, "faux leather” (aka vinyl) began to tear at the seams. Revain gave me a full refund.
