Easy assembly, Allen key for screws included. The stand was wide and deep enough to accommodate my extra wide stand, but that's where the positives end for me. The construction is not convincing for the price. The legs are thin metal and tend to wobble. I'm not sure I trust this permanently on my permanent desk and not sure why all the other reviews think it's stable and reliable. I'm only half the stated weight limit with a 22 pound monitor. Visually it's just a cheap pressed plate on top, it looks cheap on my desk.
