Brand name stamp is a distraction

Quality seems good for the price and I like the color options. But I don't like that the brand name is embossed on the leather right on the front. This must be stamped on the inside where it is not visible! I'm debating whether to keep or return. In terms of size, I'm 35" high waist and 38" medium waist. I ordered a medium size and it fits the biggest hole in my mid-rise pants.
