I bought this thing to hold my iPad while playing with my band. Unfortunately this Covid-19 deal has closed most of our regular venues and as the summer open air concert/festival season draws to a close I won't have many opportunities to test drive. I hooked it up to my piano stand here in the studio and it seems pretty solid. Build quality is good and enough adapters etc are included to work with almost any rig. It can be attached to a microphone stand, drum kit or any other similar sized stationary object. So far I've been balancing my iPad on the corner of one of my keyboards and offering a little prayer to St. Philbert the Clumsy lest I bump into it and send it to the stage floor. If they ever develop a vaccine and we can get back to the clubs I'm sure it will be a welcome addition to the show.
