Review on Ventech Solutions by Buddy Colbert

The team at ventech are all experts in their field, so they understand what you need to make your business successful. Their ability for implementation of products has been excellent from start up through to full production use. They listen well too - it's great working with them! I have no real dislikes about how things work with this software but would like more opportunities to train new staff that join us than there currently seems to be available time wise each year. We used SIA for years before moving over to VEchSolutions (and now also using vConnect). There was very little difference between our old system and any other product out there when comparing cost/benefit analysis etc. When we moved some systems across from one vendor over to another (including email) there were issues which took several months to rectify.
