When I first bought a tablet, it broke (there were two cracks on the screen), although the packaging was not damaged, which suggests this that it was broken before the seller sent it. This was very frustrating as the shipping took a week despite Prime shipping. I ended up sending it back and buying it from Reutz Deals. They received the tablet a day early (it only took two days to be delivered) which is great and this time it was in perfect condition. They also contacted me later to make sure the tablet was intact and working for me. All in all I recommend buying from Reutz Deals if you are unsure. I've been using the tablet for about a week now and it's working great so far! It's fast, the screen is sharp, crisp and bright, and the keyboard is amazing. This is surprisingly high quality considering the price. My only complaint is that the audio isn't great when watching a show or playing music loud on a tablet, but that's easily remedied with headphones or a Bluetooth speaker, so it's not that big of a deal. In general, I am very satisfied with both the seller and the product.
