I take blood pressures on a daily basis in my job. My company provides cuffs but they are low quaility and awkward to use.I owned a cuff similar to this one a few years ago and used it until it wore out. I decided to make life a touch easier and purchased this one.It seems to be accurate. The two features that are most important are that you use a trigger and don't have to twist anything. The other feature, and the best, is that you can hold the dial wherever you need to since it's in your hand and not clipped to the cuff. For example, if you are having a hard time seeing the dial due to glare from a light, you can tilt it and eliminate the problem. That works if you're having trouble with your bifocals, too!I expect to use this cuff until I wear it out and then buy another one just like it.
