So for the price it's good value. As someone new to double-edged razors, I'm new to shaving brushes and shaving creams, but this worked well when I went with my first tube of Proraso shaving cream. The brush felt a little rough on my face but be warned I have no experience with shaving brushes. I bought it because it's synthetic (which is important to me as a vegetarian) and won't break the bank. After I finished my first tube I switched to Neutrogena Sensitive Skin Shaving Cream which doesn't require a brush and I personally love it but this brush worked just fine while I was using it. I'm sure there are much better brushes out there but this one does the job and for the price you can't beat it.
